Ark team members recently traded server racks for stadium seats to join Akron Children’s Hospital at their annual Information Services Department (ISD) picnic. Held at Credit Union Park – the iconic home of the Akron RubberDucks – the afternoon was a celebration of the IT professionals who keep the hospital’s critical care systems running around the clock.

While doctors and nurses are the visible heroes of pediatric care, the ACH Information Services Department provides the essential digital foundation that makes modern medicine possible. The ISD team includes both technical staff and leadership roles that ensure the smooth operation of clinical, administrative, and patient-facing systems.
