Leading the Pack in Green Bay with ark data centers

Have you heard the news? ark data centers is officially leading the pack and calling the plays in Green Bay! Last month, we celebrated our entrance into Northeast Wisconsin with our highly-anticipated Wisconsin Data Center Grand Opening, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the outpouring of regional support as we continue welcoming tenants to our newest state-of-the-art facility.

“As the first new market expansion following our rebrand to ark data centers, the opening of our Wisconsin Data Center signifies a major milestone for our company,” said Brett Lindsey, ark CEO.

“Adapting to the rapidly changing digital landscape can feel daunting. But we know the rewards of change far outweigh the comfort of maintaining the status quo. We’re welcoming the future with a revamped brand and reimagined approach that delivers the agility, responsiveness and excellence enterprises need to rise above the flood of data.”

More than 120 attendees joined the grand opening celebration, which included data center tours with the ark team, a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce and a lively afterparty at Waverly Beach with local band Listening Party. Emcee Lucas Mistelske, ark’s Vice President of Client Experience, led the event, thanking the key partners, stakeholders, sponsors and community leaders who have supported ark’s journey into the new market. Other event speakers included Brett Lindsey, ark CEO, Allison Blackmer, Village of Harrison President and Barbara LaMue, New North, Inc. President and CEO.

ark is proud to support Wisconsin’s burgeoning business community with the opening of our newest facility,” said Lucas Mistelske. “This venture wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible sponsors and network of champions, including Calumet County, the Village of Harrison and Insight Publications, whose invaluable partnership has helped us build the foundation for a strong entrance into the market.”

We’re thankful for the unwavering support of community trailblazers like New North, Inc., Faith Technologies Group and Calumet County, as well as leaders from the Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce, Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Harrison, especially Village President Allison Blackmer and Assistant Village Manager Chad Pelishek, who enthusiastically supported the success of this acquisition. Their dedication, promotional efforts and excitement about our company’s future growth have enabled ark to build strong community connections and gain a deeper understanding of regional needs.

Our sponsors, including Juniper Networks (Champion Sponsor), CDW and IBM (Supporting Sponsors) and Pure Storage and Veeam (Raving Fan Sponsors), helped ensure our grand opening was a success. Other partners in attendance included Rinderknecht and Solum Lang Architects, whose lasting collaborative relationships with ark have been instrumental to our continued growth.

“We’re really excited to expand our investments in the Green Bay area,” said Brett Lindsey. “ark is dedicated to meeting the region’s ever-evolving enterprise needs. Our Generation-6 Wisconsin Data Center represents the future of enterprise infrastructure, and with plans to increase capacity up to 20 MW,  we’re perfectly poised to empower growth and innovation for customers in the market with data-driven, future-focused infrastructure solutions.”
