CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — February 1, 2022 — Funds managed by global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG) have completed an acquisition of ark, an industry-leading hybrid IT, cloud computing, and data center services company. With this acquisition, ark’s leadership is committed to innovative hybrid cloud and edge solutions, providing the exemplary customer service ark is known for industry wide and accelerating talent development.

Carlyle acquired ark from M/C Partners. Bank Street served as the exclusive financial advisor to ark in connection with this transaction. Financial details were not disclosed.
