Stephanie Chiarella serves as Ark’s CFO and previously served as CFO of Snip Internet, leading financial functions, human resources, and benefits administration until its 2023 acquisition. She also spent five years at Everstream, culminating as Vice President of Finance, where she managed financial planning and accounting integration for numerous Midwest acquisitions. Stephanie began her career with eight years in public accounting, serving as a CPA focused on audit and assurance services.

Ken Kremer is Ark’s CTO and EVP, where his leadership in technical services and operations has driven the expansion of the company's data center and managed services portfolio since its founding as Involta LLC. Prior to Ark, Ken held leadership positions at high-tech companies, focusing on operational efficiencies, innovative solution engineering, and regulatory compliance. He has worked in data center operations and managed services since 1997.

Gabriel Unruh leads Ark’s product, strategy, and business development for the data center capacity that powers today's cloud and AI demand. He has spent his career inside private equity and venture-backed companies, as co-founder of Vale Inc. and Head of Corporate Strategy at DocGo. He specializes in working with boards and sponsors to turn strategy into tangible enterprise value. Gabriel holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri, where his thesis examined long-run firm survival through the lens of industrial organization, and a B.A. cum laude in International Studies from American University.

Zoe Markwick is Ark’s Chief Administrative Officer and previously served as Principal of Square Peg Infrastructure, an independent consultancy providing transaction advisory and asset management services. Since 2015, she has chaired the U.S. Council of IPFA. Zoe also served as Vice President of Risk Management at Skanska AB and Commercial Director at Skanska Infrastructure Development, focusing on P3 projects across North America. She began her career as a Director at Societe Generale.

Genevieve Bocchino leads Ark’s sales strategy, revenue growth, and strategic account development. She has more than two decades of experience across data center, cloud, and managed services. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President of Client Services at K2 Services and Vice President of Sales at 365 Data Centers, building high-performing teams and long-term customer partnerships across the IT and enterprise sectors. Genevieve began her career at Sungard Availability Services (later acquired by 11:11 Systems), where she spent 17 years in progressively senior roles culminating in Vice President of Sales. She holds a Liberal Arts degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
